Mafia Dane Family Contract

If you are interested in becoming a member of our family, you must first complete an Omertà (code of silence and one of the premier vows taken when being sworn into the Family. Violation is punishable by death). 

Once you are approved and we have decided that we have an available puppy that matches your needs, you may then complete the Mafia Dane Family Contract.  This contract must be completed in full and mailed to the address on the bottom of the last page along with your deposit check to hold your puppy. 

All sections that are highlighted in yellow must be completed by you, the Buyer, prior to mailing to us.  The contracts below are in PDF format.   There are two (2) contracts to choose from.  Please choose the appropriate contract per our agreement / conversation:
